Toronto's Corktown and Annex Ukulele Jams are unique. Eight years of weekly events has taught us a lot about how to produce an experience that builds community and keeps people coming back - week after week - for more fun, more music and more ukulele.

This is an in-depth share of what we've learned.

This session is for you if you are involved in organizing a club, meet-up, or jam - and for those thinking about starting something up.

It's about how to up the ante: how to get the most out of your time, energy and resources, how to lead, teach, manage, promote and how to produce the best possible experience for your members.
