Basic chords will not be reviewed. You should clearly understand tablature representation of chords (the numbering system) and be able to transition fluidly between these 6 chords:
C(0003) F(2010) G7(0212)
Am(2000) Dm(2210) E7(1202)
Optional, but worth your attention:
G(0232) A(2100) A7(0100) D(2220) Bb(3211)
WHAT YOU NEED
-
a ukulele in decent, playable condition that stays in tune under normal conditions
(sopranino, soprano, concert or tenor ukes only please - no baritones) -
short nails! Your finger nails on both hands need to be short enough to not get in the way (trimmed to just below your finger tips)
-
optional but recommended: an electronic chromatic tuner (we like the $20 Kala KC-02 best by far)
-
an open mind, be ready to sing a little and to let yourself have funadvance registration at this site is the only way to guarantee your participation
