A perfect beginning to a great festival day.

Saturday & Sunday 8-9am: Yoga 30 min. | Yuga 30 min.

Yoga is promotes a healthy state of mind, body and spirit.

 

No experience necessary:

the ultra-lite yoga we will be doing borrows easy stretching and relaxed breathing techniques from the Kripalu tradition.
This is being presented in a way that everyone can manage, benefit from and appreciate.

Yuga is a series of Song Salutations:

manageable excersizes that promote holistic development of:

  • left hand strength, agility
    and dexterity

  • ear and chordal sense

  • a fluid right wrist

  • timing and rhythm

  • fretboard awareness

  • strum and picking possibilities

  • musicality, expression, phrasing and flow
